Brett Rodriguez
The Man Behind The Bat
Brett Rodriguez’s journey in baseball began right here in Queensbury, New York, where he starred as a five-year varsity player at Queensbury High School. Recognized as the NYS Player of the Year and an All-State standout, Brett quickly established himself as one of the premier athletes in the region.
His talents carried him to the national stage at Wofford College, where he became a four-year starter in Division I baseball. During his collegiate career, Brett earned a spot on the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team, was later named First Team All-Southern Conference, and cemented his place in program history as Wofford’s all-time stolen base leader. His speed, consistency, and leadership set the standard both on and off the field.
In 2020, Brett achieved his lifelong dream when he was drafted by the Seattle Mariners, advancing through Single-A, Double-A, and Triple-A baseball while competing against some of the game’s best rising stars. Beyond the U.S., his professional career extended internationally as he played in the Puerto Rican Professional Baseball League, where he earned Rookie of the Year honors and represented Team Puerto Rico in the Caribbean Series, one of the most prestigious tournaments in Latin American baseball.
These experiences—ranging from local ballfields in Queensbury to professional stadiums around the world—have given Brett a unique perspective on the game. More than just a decorated athlete, Brett is committed to being a role model for today’s youth. His combination of elite skill, professional experience, and genuine passion for teaching makes him the optimal instructor for developing athletes. Whether guiding a beginner just learning the game or mentoring a seasoned player chasing college dreams, Brett’s mission is clear: to inspire, teach, and help every athlete unlock their potential both on and off the field.
